I lead the aquatic invasive species (AIS) outreach team, which transfers science and technology primarily to constituents in Illinois and Indiana. The goal of our work is to prevent the introduction and spread of AIS into our valuable aquatic resources. Because the pathways through which AIS can spread are diverse, we work with diverse audiences throughout the states including power boaters, teachers, anglers, pet retailers, canoeists, and water gardeners. We partner with Illinois-Indiana Sea Grant, which is one of 33 Sea Grants in the U.S. Learn more about what we do and the outreach products that we have here.
