Habitat: Species is distributed in fresh water springs, salt and sulfur springs, and along shallow and backwater sloughs of streams. ILPIN Notes: Species is occasional in northern 1/3 of Illinois, also Jackson co. Fruits are pedicellate and beaked at apex. Functional Relationships:
